1. Click anywhere on the mat to log a deadspot
2. The entry appears in the Log tab with the zone pre-filled — set the severity and adjust the date if needed, then hit Commit All
3. Hover any entry in the Log to ✏ edit or ✕ remove it at any time
Switch to ⚕ Injury mode in the toolbar, then click the mat where the injury occurred. Fill in the injury type, zone, date, and any notes, then click Log Injury.
Injuries appear as red cross markers on the mat and are listed in the Injuries tab. They are separate from deadspots and tracked independently.
In the Injuries tab, hover any injury and click View Snapshot. The map will reconstruct the mat condition as it stood on that date — showing only deadspots that had been logged on or before that injury occurred.
A blue banner confirms you are in snapshot mode. Click Exit Snapshot on the banner to return to the live view.
Use Export Image while in snapshot mode to save a timestamped image of that specific mat condition.
Use the Filter bar to enter a From and/or To date. The map, log, and stats will update to show only records within that range. Set just one date to filter from a point forward or up to a point in time.
Clear the filter at any time using the ✕ on the active range pill.
Click Export Image at any time to save a PNG of the current map view. The image includes a header with stats, the full mat, and a legend. It reflects whatever is currently visible — filtered data, snapshot, or the full dataset. Files are automatically named with the relevant date or range.
Data saves automatically and syncs across devices. Use ↑ Export to download a JSON backup, and ↓ Import to restore it. Re-importing is safe — duplicates are skipped.
When a mat section is repaired or replaced, remove all deadspots for that zone from the Log tab. This keeps the snapshot history accurate — if a spot no longer exists, it will not appear in any future snapshots.
Use ↑ CSV to export a spreadsheet-compatible file covering all deadspots and injuries. Useful for reporting or sharing. Use JSON for re-importing — CSV is for records only.
